Rubber elbow, rubber reducer and rubber tee are essential flexible rubber fittings widely used in mining slurry pipelines.

●Rubber Elbow: Changes flow direction (45°, 90°, custom angle)

●Rubber Reducer: Transitions between different pipe diameters

●Rubber Tee: For pipeline diversion and branch flow

These mining rubber fittings are manufactured from premium abrasion-resistant rubber compounds (Natural Rubber / Neoprene / EPDM optional), reinforced with multi-layer high-tensile fabric and steel wire. The smooth inner rubber surface reduces slurry turbulence, prevents material build-up and blockage.

Compared with rigid metal fittings, our rubber elbow, reducer and tee can effectively dampen vibration, reduce pipeline noise, compensate axial, lateral and angular offset, and relieve thermal expansion stress during continuous mining operation. They feature excellent impact resistance, ageing resistance and medium corrosion resistance, greatly lowering maintenance frequency and replacement cost for mineral processing plants.

Flange ends (DIN / ANSI / BS standard) are standard option for fast installation and tight sealing. All sizes, wall thickness, working pressure, rubber formula and structure can be customized per your drawings or site requirements.
