Overview
Our rubber lined steel pipes and fittings (90°/45° elbow, equal / reducing tee, concentric & eccentric reducer) are composite piping solutions specially engineered for mining wet-process circuits. Carbon steel shell provides high structural rigidity and pressure bearing capacity; high-quality vulcanized rubber liner is firmly bonded to steel substrate, absorbing particle impact and resisting erosion from abrasive mineral slurry. It solves the common pain points of fast wear, pitting corrosion and frequent replacement of bare steel or alloy pipes in concentrator and tailings delivery systems. We supply full sets of spool components for slurry lines, supporting customized diameter, lining thickness, rubber compound and flange standards (ANSI, DIN, GOST, GB).

✅ EPDM Excellent weak acid, weak alkali and anti-ozone performance, for acidic mine water, desulfurization slurry
✅ Neoprene (CR / Chloroprene Rubber) Oil resistance, flame retardant, good weather resistance, for oily mineral slurry
